He is arguing for Reer Mogadishu to attack Kismayo like they did in the civil war because they are the "majority", basically arguing for ethnic cleansing.

That would not happen because the foreigners or the neighbouring countries will use us against each other, meaning they will support one side against the other till all of us extinct, meanwhile the Madow and Ethiopians will move to our country and annex us.
