Eritrea’s relations with Israel is complex. Right now they are worse. Eritrea voted against Israel in the UN.
Eritrea used to have balanced relations between Iran Saudi Arabia and Israel. Previously when the president of Eritrea was sick and malaria in the 1990s he was hospitalized there. And during the Yemen-Eritrea war over hanish islands which occurred for a few days, Israel supplied weapons to Eritrea.
