It’s not just “according to me”. It’s in accordance with the federal republic of Ethiopia who recognises many of these kings as Karanle Hawiye and Hawiye has oral history confirming that. The last one on the list “Gasa” would start the Awssa Imamate.

This will just keep on getting worse unfortunately. The constant wars we’ve fought between eachother have psychologically destroyed any sense of brotherhood we had between us. Oromos see “Oromo” as their prime identity, we see our tribes as our prime identity. They are more of an ethnic group than we are even though half of them are assimilated foreigners.
