They have a good opportunity now to cement Awdal state. Isaaq has no big weaponry left. Plus it's never coming back, my father told me in war 'no one exchanges weapons captured' only POW, which I felt may be used on Khatumo for peace deal.

Hartis will not centralize it either and only give Khatumo how much they need. It will be spread thru out PL 'clan militia reserve' which we call wejiga dambe and our active armed forces as wejiga hore.
