A conference has an agenda, a schedule and a timetable. It starts one a day and ends on a day. You can't just roll in halfway. Yesterday you said they will come, today it's the action starts on the second day and the end of the day you'll say they'll show up in the last hour to sign the agreement

Deni and co will attend when three requirements are met:
1- Meeting will take place in Xalane
2-Agenda will be made in agreement. Failmajo wanted to set up the agenda on his own.
3-Farmaajo will come as a candidate or on a personal level, not as president. You won't see president after his name in any communique or banners of the conference.
