Africa is going to be the China factory for china’s growing middle class, just as the west used China as their factories, Africa needs to take advantage,
 
IQ matters. Africa has the population, but unfortunately, their IQ is low. A country's biggest asset, other than natural resources, is the number of high IQ individuals that the country has and is able to retain.

The same principle applies to cities, villages, clans, families, etc. Everything we should be doing is implementing policies that yield an increasing number of high IQ individuals while also maintaining high fertility rates.
