I believe multi-culturalism is a key to peace in Somalia. Somalis are only unruly to each other when they're together because they are tribal and to remove the tribal culture, multi-culturalism is the way. Put many immigrants from other African and Asia and I'm sure they will stop behaving unruly.

The sheer example is Somalis living in the West, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya and other countries where they live along with many ethnic groups peacefully.
