Why do you guys hate gypsies so much? Why do Europeans tend to give a special kind of hate to them? Everyone and their dog seems to hate them. No one defends them lol

PS:when I mention Europeans, I'm not talking about white people only but instead I'm focusing on everyone excluding gypsies.

To be honest, I really do not know.

Gypsies are hated for the way they are. I guess you could say they are similar to the amount of hate Jews get but imagine Jewish people did not get any support from the West then Jewish people and gypsies would be the same when it comes to the amount of hate they get..

I think it is the fact the fact when gypsies are hated, no one does anything to stop it. For example, in the case of Muslims, when they get hate from a white supremacist, then there are many people condemning the white supremacist for their utterly rude remarks. But, when it comes to gypsies, no one gives two shits to do anything about it.

Like, when the Holocaust happened, the non-Aryans were exterminated by the Nazis which included the disabled, the Jews, the gypsies and many else more. But, after the Holocaust happened, there was a wide spread of people trying to stop anything like that happening ever again. So, the disabled were put in a higher regard than they did in the past(for example, the Paralympics) and the Jews are highly respected in the West for their great work to society. But, there was no campaign to uplift the gypsies so whilst everyone else is put in a higher regard, we left the gypsies alone. If, we ever talked about gypsies, we would talk about the problems gypsies cause, why we hate them or what are the issues going on with gypsies.

It's really sad. Everyone else is talked about both positively and negatively but people have nothing nice to say about gypsies other than 'I wish I could live there life for one day'.

I remember my black barber going on a tirade against some Gypsy family. It was super early, so it was just me and my barber in the barbershop. This little gypsy kid, no older than 5 spotted a water gun on a chair through the window, walks in and shameless sprints out. Worst part was his mother was literally a minute behind him casually observing the whole thing until the barber caught up to the kid and started shouting at him. Only then she intervened.

I haven't had a lot of interaction with them, aside from them trying to sell me the strangest set of items on the street. Anything from gold, knives, iPhones and condoms. I might have met a few decent ones unknowingly, but I just assumed they weren't Gypsies because they didn't fit the stereotype. I've also witnessed my cousin's area literally transform in less than 5-6 years. A ton of them moved in and the local park has gone to absolute shit. There was a mob there once, they were literally beating the shit out of some dude until the police showed up. We found out afterwards the guy supposedly had child on his phone. I mean... I count that as a good experience I guess.

Also, I haven't seen this in the UK, but I've seen it in mainland europe twice. They tend to illegally settle on some random public place, be it a park or whatever and stay there for a few weeks until they move out or get kicked out. The state they leave it is not exactly pretty.

Other than that imo, I think most of the hate for them is for very petty reasons and very much unwarranted. I think it's pretty cool that on their part they seem to give 0 fucks and are living life.

Not too long ago I met an extremely gifted Roma guy from Bulgeria (high level programmer). It shattered my stereotypes.

A lot of them are thieves, they ruin a neighbourhood by moving in with their caravans (they usually get kicked out as it's illegal). Some of them are somehow rich even though they don't work. If you've ever watched My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, you'll see them have huge lavish weddings yet they live in illegal trailer parks/camps with 10 kids to feed. The girls dress like hookers yet the parents are extremely strict and sex before marriage is not allowed. They have a weird tradition of 'grabbing' a girl they like and that's how they get married. They are just simply a mess and untrustworthy and most of them are criminals.

A lot of their problems are self-inflicted. They have a weird negative culture. Most of them don't even try to uplift themselves.

I guess Somali's back home (or some in the diaspora) are a bunch of savages who deserve everything coming to them then , i mean a lot of our issues are self inflicted aka tribalism and our culture correlates negatively with todays modern outlook to life we don't even try to uplift ourselves unless we share a tribe , thats what i conclude when i look at it from your logic clearly its not that simple, still we need to have mercy and look at things with a little empathy don't you think?

I would associate people who give back to society to be apart OF society but gypsies aren't a part of society and thats sort of the point , but yeah i respect them to be honest they deal with so much BS. I agree that of course those who have bad experiences with gypsies (or any other group of people for that matter) would have a different outlook to gypsies but some of these somali's ^ have only heard of them *cough* hypocrites *cough*.

They display the same thuggish behavior in welfare states (Sweden, Germany etc) that give them all the opportunity they need. You can't compare it to people who live in the third world. Even Eastern Europe is relatively rich compared to most of the world.

Those Irish Gypsies are unrelated to the Indian descent Gypsies in Europe.

The Irish ones are some kind of native caste gone rogue rather than being from India like those other ones.
