If political leaders can not abide by agreed upon treaties like the Federal Constitution, which has been shown they can not, then form a Counsel of Presidents of which members are FMSs Leaders, and the Chairmanship rotates on a four or five year term.

Not one that loots the state, farmaajo if re elected would lowkey mirror hassans term, with all his corruption he still didn’t manage to achieve centralisation I don’t think farmaajo would fare any better except in fighting AS there’d still be political deadlock

No offense, but there's only onw person who should never become president and that's ahmed madobe. Even if we ignore his connections with ethiopia and Kenya. The fact that he's a warlord who's been controlling jubbaland for 15+ years and yet jubbland which is the more fertile region, is the poorest by far. That alone shows his incompetence.
