I disagree it also applies for christians.
At the end of the day, that's just how religions work. They all work the same way. If I go to a church and I ask the guy working there if I'll go to heaven he'll say NO. (That doesn't mean that he is islamophobic)

The Jews in Madina at the time of the Prophet SAW would reply back "death be upon you" to him after he greeted any of them, this is authentic truth. Why should we wish peace upon them? They are no friends of ours.
