The clients you'd want to attract would be able to afford to go Turkey or the UAE and they'll certainly take that option than Somalia. The only time I can see people becoming successful with regards to cosmetic clinics if our economy and stability increases a bit and people start to trust doctors in Somalia rather than going to india and Malaysia.
