FGM is also practice in Sudan and Egypt, over 90% of the women there are victims of FGM. 99% of Kurdish women also have gone through FGM. It could be any of those people, doesn't have to be Somali

Not true, I don't know where you got those numbers from but even if the numbers are true, they do normal female circumcision and not the FGM that is done in Somalia.
