Every society is broken down into functions. Majority are in service delivery waa adeege doesn't matter what field or profession they just serve something. Another class is makers which management falls under and engineers.

Then another class is thinkers or architects they have them all scattered across various industries, finally the ones u focus on are decision makers or leaders but a leader is nothing if he has no thinkers or architect and if u don't have service ppl and makers who keep your population alive. Obviously if calculated in a pyramid structure the bottom and middle is adeege or makers and above that is thinkers or architect which dwindles across all populations and finally leaders.

Some ppl include a business class somewhere but their not carrying out any functions other then the capital needed which some argue is critical and some argue not as much.

Somalis are tend to expose themselves to lower and middle pyramid so their minds are shaped at that stage, but this isn't just somali but pretty much any social group worldwide. That's why in the old days u would see ppl sit with their own level even in social setting across all clans, which is why my dad doesn't watch the hsm type and majority of somali political leader he knew where they sat under siyad meritocracy and sees it as a time waste meaning waxba ima soo kordhin karo ileen he already knows their mental capability due to their level.

Just remember this equation people either serve, make, think, or lead. The rest is just titles but will also report to those functions. Architect see the lay out of each society and just calculate the amount in each quadrant in the pyramid.

Leader job isn't easy either as he has to make final decision while considering the whole pyramid well being benefits so they slammed with Intel from each layer vs his own ambitions and goals or legacy. Every role serves a purpose its not really a heirachy as each is like an eco system needing each other. We spend time around our class the thinker range which by population is limited compared to makers and service people.
