Oman and Kuwait both have new rulers. Both have inherited country's with failing economies so there more likely to cave in to pressure. It's unlikely that Algeria will normalise any time soon. Somalia doesn't even have a functioning government so there recognition of the Israelis wouldn't be enough of a victory for the US coalition to use to pressure other countries so it's highly unlikely. Pakistan has made it clear that it won't recognise Israel. Imran khan is already in Hot Water recognising the Israelis would only increase the heat. And i don't know much about Tunisia but they've rejected the recent agreement the Moroccans made and said they wouldn't be following so i'll assume they wont be recognising the Israelis
