Her body is so curvy that the only alternative is Abaya. She’s dressed the way a normal Non Muslim would dress like to work. It is her hyper feminine body type that is the reason for this, rather than actual dress. Women like her need to be super cautious compared to a skinny woman or even a fatter one but with normal measurements.

I agree that she obviously had surgery, hence why her body measurements are unusual and is a caricature of a female body. It is so over the top, that she has managed to make regular clothing look sexual. The only thing that would cover that ridiculousness is a very loose abaya.

With hips like that, anything will look tight. Trust me. Even regular big hips can be a bit of a struggle if you wear trousers. Her body is not normal and is over the top, hence normal western clothing would not hide that. Also, that is clearly why she got the surgery in the 1st place. She wants it over the top.
