Yes and no , I knew few gamblers who sent money back to their villages once they hit the jackpot , I know a somali who co-own a bar and a liquor shop regularly sends the profit back to provide his childrens tuition fees , I know youngsters in the fast life provided the bills for chemotherapy for his dying mother, yet his sheikh brothers were critical of him and themselves couldn't provide assistance rather than tasbiix and losing fate
