Streatham is calm. Strategically located.
Croydon is large. Thornton heath and west Croydon are ghetto. Rest is nice with huge parks and fresh air.
Peckham is being gentrified slowly but itβs still full of Africans. The markets smell bad.

On the posh accent matter:Peasant.But you are correct thereβs upper class accents and lower class accents.
Accents such as Cockney in the East end were considered a working class accent and still is.
