Girl: "My dad cooks for me, my man has to cook for me too!"

Other Girl: "Yeah that's why you're still single"

:ooh:

Girl: "What were you doing at 21? Popping babies!"

:gladbron:

Other Girl: "Don't f*ck with me! Why you bringing my child into this! STFU!"

Other Girl looked like she was about to cry when that clapback came. You know what they say...

"Don't be throwing rocks when you live in a glass house"

:gaasdrink:

The fact that she was acting so classy prior this incident and was giving advice on how a lady should behave then a few minutes later she’s threatening to drag someone across the floor. Wa yab.

:chrisfreshhah::chrisfreshhah::russ:Loooool, I'm actually dead rn, that was freaking hilarious xDDD omg, when Esther's voice started wavering and she had to leave the room bc she got "vexed" over, receiving a retort to, a petty fight that SHE herself initiated:williamswtf:. Like, sis, how you gonna dish it out but can't take it..??? :gucciwhat:

Nunu is the GOAT tho frfr!!!:lolbron::pachah1:She's gives 0 F's about what others think of her & is such a troll, I love her:mjlaugh:;

Esther, on the other hand, needs to stop with her hysteric antics/"i'm the victim" bs, and just take the L for this (although I have to admit..I kinda also enjoy her annoyingness [in a masochistic way] too...v. entertaining:jaynerd:).

The more I watch that clip the more I realise there are so many levels to this. :jaynerd:

Esther spent the whole show acting like ‘wifey material’ “women should cook” “women should clean” “a man needs to eat”

But that single line of “what were you doing when you were 21” made Esther crash back into reality.

Esther is from a traditional African family and had a baby out of wedlock and now she’s here chastising other women for not following African cultural norms. You can see Esther’s smile fading into a haunted shameful look when it sinks in and she realises the facade is over.

Esther learnt a powerful lesson that day. You shouldn’t lie and you shouldn’t present yourself to be someone you are not. reality is like an elastic band, you can stretch it but eventually it pops back.

Well you came in here darling no one grabbed you by the tails of your hijab. The title was pretty descriptive too so you can’t say you were scammed. I’m sure you walk into mcdonalds and get angry when they don’t serve lobster. You’re the one who is bringing our IQ down because you don’t understand what the purpose of a title is.

Lmao yh, one thing I absolutely can't stand about Esther is her 'pick-me' behavior; she's always simping for the men :susp:, and usually to the detriment of women's interests/dignity (even though the results of her life choices clearly show that she doesn't live the life she preaches).

I'd maybe understand if she was simply giving advice to the younger girls so they don't have to learn the hard way as she's done...but Esther's hardly providing wisdom from her past mistakes-- she's straight up being petty & holier-than-thou about it, when she's far from flawless.

Exactly most pick me girls have stories like this. They are over-compensating for something and the sad thing is, it never works lol.
