Woke Xalimo Minnesota teacher says white teachers are harming students of colour.

What this woman and some of you on this thread are saying about white teachers, specifically white female teachers, is spot on.

When I was in primary school, I loved science, especially astronomy. Then, I get to secondary school, and from year 7 to 11, I had this Australian b*tch as my science teacher.

This woman was a piece of work. She had a thing for me, where she would be far more harsher to me than the white boys, who were actually much worse than I was.

Forget about after school detention, the b1tch would even keep me from going to lunch, and would end the detention just 10 minutes before lunchtime was over, by then on some occasions, the canteen would be closed.....can you believe that?

On one occasion, she gave me after school detention. That day, I had to go to a football match, as I was part of my school's football team...in the detention with me, was my mate Seamus, a Irish kid.....the h0e, let's him leave the detention early, so that he could get on the coach that was leaving for the game....when I then protested to go with Seamus, as I was also in the team, she screams at me to shut my mouth and sit down....she then proceeds to write a note for Seamus to our PE teacher, informing him why Seamus was late getting on the coach......meanwhile, I'm sat there in the classroom.....She knew I was park of the school's football team, as she watched a home game some time before, that I played in.

And there I was, sitting by the window in the classroom, watching my team leave me.....then the next day, I get kicked off the football team.

On another occasion, Seamus, grabs a textbook, and slaps her ass with it, infront of the whole class.....then she responds by playfully, laughing with him, whilst lightly telling him off. Just imagine if I did that? I'd probably get done for sexual assault.

Yeah, she was c*nt. She totally destroyed the love I had for science...and made me, to this day, hateful of Australians.

its awful she killd your love of science. I know a lot of boys who were smart and loved learning and their teachers demonized them until they took on an f school and learning mentality. and by the time they reached HS, had zero motivation. smh, these racist teachers poison kids with their daily negative affirmations

They are near enough on par now. Its such an issue that the goverment has been looking into it and there has been various articles about how schools have failed white working class boys. They care such an extend they have been debating about the issue.

No one thinks its the victim card when there is a national worry about how badly white working class boys are doing. Cadaans have enough dhig to look into it. But when we talk about schools failing our boys who are not only usually working class, but also ethnic minority, its the 'victim card'.

It was in the news, various articles were written and there has been debates on the issues. The same can't be said for black and brown kids. We are talking about a national dialogue.

The woman that led the investigation was black and was looking for racial discrimination and said minorities are doing better than whites except whites. I don’t see any National dialogue on tv. End of the day this is a white country and you will never have 100% equality. You can’t fully eradicate human bias

Maybe is only American issue . Im sure most somali Canadians would agree that caucasian women teachers are decent folks

I’m somali canadian and I still disagree lol. I’m not gonna sit here and say all white female teachers were angels but not all of them were bad; however, the worst teachers I’ve ever had were white female teachers.

If you want to kiss up to them that’s on you, but don’t invalidate others’ experiences with them.

You won’t have that many people who done masters who want to teach. And the best schools in best areas will always have the first choice. Parents have too much expectations on teachers and always blame teachers. The school I went to as kid was 90% foreign and most of us behaved badly and were nightmare to teach anything. Most of our parents didn’t really have clue. They just send us there and in their mind we were all good kids. Most teachers give up when most kids don’t have the desire to learn. I know I would.

It never used to be like this though, men use to dominate the field but the lack of pay and basically demonization of men in the field, lead them to no longer join.

Is fucking simple, parents that do care about their kids would not send their kids to shitty schools in inner city and they would have role in their education making sure they are doing good. Lets stop playing victimhood card, there are minories asains and indias most of them are in AP classes, they are doing fine. Black people always complain about external forces that affecting them, in reality is mostly a internal problem. If somali parents did their job correctly there wouldn't been somali gangs and low scores from Somali community.

When bp do send them to the better schools they face discrimination and some can't afford it.
