Yes because he's partly responsible for destroying the country. Let go of the past, there's a reason why even his clansmen went to war with him.
 
MSB is where all this started; before that, we were on a different trajectory altogether. Nepotism was rampant in the 60s, but it was still a civilian government which saw the transfer of power peacefully multiple times, not just once. A feat only a handful of countries in the world could claim, forget about Africa.
