No, dable is a derogatory term in our dialect but was historically used for qof xaabada kasoo qaadi jiray miyiiga, someone that went out to collect firewood was often called dable, but now in the colloquial it's a derogatory word.

I never heard that word before so I assumed you misspelled dabaal. I always hear people use the term "dabaal dabaal dhalay".
