UAE only helped IDPs many of whom are not even reer puntland, however in this situation, the people suffering from lack of access to water are the inhabitants of Berbera, they have been abandoned & negletected by the hargeisa administration and are suffering badly. Perhaps PL should send them aid like we sent aid to Beledweyne after their floods. I also read somewhere they're suffering from lack of shidaal (oil)

Yes I know it was to the poor in IDPs. Hargeisa itself is having water crisis and oil crisis, corruption is destroying Somaliland. Maybe we should send them aid.

Didn't fit see what did they provided for the cyclone app the aid cane from UAE and they bright to Chinook Heli's for it.

8 years of Kulmiye-Dahabshiil porcupine crony capitalism will do that. Most of it is eaten was stolen by Silaanyo/Baashe who took it to UAE to build their palaces there.

The same thing is happening in Gabiley where the money from Kalaybadh customs is stolen and not given to rightful owners of Gabiley district.

Habar Awal are going to revolt one day and when they do no porcupine will be safe. Without HA there is no SL. We can destablize the entire place in 1 day, the entire economic levers of the country come from our areas anyways.

the water source built by Abbasid government then later by the Ottomans were still intact and adequate. Then the HJ came in and ruined everything

I find it strange indeed how those places generate millions in months yet remain poor. Smells of corruption.
