Why is Somalia the face for dysfunction when there is dysfunction in literally every African country?

Somalia today is better than a handful of African countries yet somehow we became the default for African failure.

Places like Congo, South Sudan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Madagascar, Liberia, Mozambique are much worse, yet somehow we became the poster.

I think its because our diaspora is huge in numbers throughout the entire world. Never heard or seen a person from CAR or Madagascar lol. Somalis and war are the same in the eyes of the ajanabi
