Why is anti semitism taken so seriously when it’s a faux/fake word

There’s organisations dedicated to exposing and doxxing people that support Palestine and even actively try to get them fired which works a lot of times, like StopAntisemitism on twitter or the website Canary Mission, which begs the question, why do these employers get pressured so easily especially over something so artificial like anti semitism, does it grant firing good employees over it.

Arabs are semites as well, wouldn’t simply disadvantaging them, because that’s all it is and not racial or prejudicial, be anti semitic as well or do these polish Jews only get to use that word.

Because it is not actually about anti-semitism. It is a zionist scheme to shut down any push back against their crimes and ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestine.
