Similar to how a lot of our American tech workers come straight from India. 
Those countries have more of a focus on STEM careers, I know of Indian and Arab kids who were actually forced to become doctors.
To them a child studying liberal arts is equivalent to a death sentence.
They only allow excellence, and that’s what they get.
