What is stopping the Puntland government from improving the security situation in their majorly populated cities? How can someone kill a person in broad daylight and get away without being caught?
Majority of these people in power don’t think of improving their cities. They just siphon off the populations taxes and contribute nothing to the development of the state. How can cities populated with over half million people fail to afford to work on the safety of their city?
These people aren’t even better than animals. At least even the wild animals raise their young until they can fend for themselves. Most people in Somalia are just warm bodies moving about without an iota of intelligence.
In my city there are surveillance cameras on almost every street corner. Why can’t they do so too? It would greatly improve the security of major cities in Puntland.
