People who live long until her age have no stress and don't work too hard. They leave the minute their shift ends because they value family time. If you noticed, those over 80s are nice people. You'll never find a miserable elderly person. They all die before 80. I'm playing video games now at home and only on the computer if I have a project to do or have a meeting to attend. Life is too short to stress and give yourself health issues you created.
Stress isn't as big of a deal physically if your diet is very on-point. I've been through extreme stress. Like, life or death stress. But because I constantly avoided junk and always ate absurdly nutrient dense foods of a premium organic quality I never physically deteriorated. From looking at my eyes, hair, skin, body fat comp and overall look, even in the complete absence of exercising for 2 years, you'd never assume I was in such a dark place as to sometimes consider ending it all or that I was dealing with extreme stress. You also bounce back from extreme stress a lot quicker and easier. In contrast, all my friends who've been through similar emotional ordeals show it clearly in their appearance. Overweight, droopy eyes, hair loss, bad skin, messy teeth, whitening hair even... the works. The body becomes more vulnerable to stress when it's malnourished which most people eating modern processed, plant heavy diets basically are.
