Why do white people move from the family when they're 18?

Cadaans are atomized individuals who value "freedom/privacy" more than anything else. I know cadaan girls who work in retail spending 50-60% of their paycheck on rent because they want to experience "living in a big city" looooool

They'll be 30 soon and don't have a pot to piss in much less a deposit for a mortgage, they spunk all their money on restaurants and and clothes/cosmetics/useless trinkets. Look at how the avg cadaan in their 20s manages their money and do the exact opposite, you'll be set for life.

Most cadaans are ALL slowly dying inside wallahi, I thank god everyday I'm not one.

the benifit to not moving out while still working, you save up a lot of money and help your parents with the bills. im probably gonna move out 21-23 though or when i marry. Moving out once you hit 18 must be rough

Because it's like a modern solution to experience firsthand some sort of "rite of passage" in the Western Culture.
Since their childhood, they are taught to clean after them, to always cook for them and when they are in College, they work part-time (or full-time), to not rely on their parents.
Personal responsability is important for Westerners.

I think it's inspiring to follow up this path of self-responsibility, like myself, a fob, in our culture, it's usually the women who do all the work (cooking, cleaning, etc) while we would expect to land on a good job, whether or not we are competent, because of our family connections or tribal affinities.

To nuance my words, it's not always healthy (nor possible) to move out as soon as possible, since renting is getting expensive, and finding a good job as a student is rare, and as we graduate older, the job market is saturated. It's more 'logical" to stay in your parents' home until there's a probability to land in a better situation.
Nonetheless, the subtract of self-responsibility is always good for the individual.

In America most aren't self-sufficient and they do suffer from depression.

It's more of a regional problem (depression) than people moving out.

Many East-Asian countries suffer from depression, even Somalis do suffer from depression.
Zero correlation between depression and young people leaving their family's home.

Most get kicked out and others move out for college. It’s weird their parents are doing count down until they can move out lol
