Why do we blame the opposite gender for societies problems?

Woman seem to blame men for everything and men blame women. Especially in this forum.
Why do you think that is?

Maybe bc naturally men prefer their own gender ( not in a romantic sense, but in a pride sort of sense) and women likewise. We think we are better than the other and vice versa.

Or maybe it is just an issue with a persons fragile ego that they must associate all evil to the opposite gender in order for them to feel better about themselves as any kind of blame being put on anything to do with oneself attacks a persons ego and makes them feel inferior. So it has nothing to do with the gender rather the inner desire to be better than other people.
