Why do timojileecs so often flirt with customers while working…???

This is a pattern I personally experienced and mentioned months ago on this forum

I already have two other stories of timojileec retail employees wilding at me on the job completely UNWARRANTED

Today I have living proof I ain’t mental and this is a pattern of behaviour. EVEN BY THE WOMENNN??

Guess what tf happened today. my man and I go to Timmies (he gets the same drink/size everytime. And he is NOT timojileec himself, he’s syrian). He’s in line and I overhear FROM MY SEAT the timojileec cashiers keekeeing and saying “(insert drink)” over and over in their language like omgg?? then before he even orders she says to him “(insert drink)”?

which I mean that’s not bad cuz even for me a few of the girl cashiers also remembered my order, and at the same location I have this one cashier (also a girl) that ALWAYS gives me a large version of whatever drink I order

anyways i peeped the giggling like tfff are they own about???

Then this girl asks for his name… and im like bc at this point he already paid. He tells her his name. Then she got the audacity to ask for his LAST NAMEEE ?? Then he sounded weirded out he told her then she’s giggles AGAIN and is like “oh I won’t be able to spell that”

Like B*TCH????? WTF U NEED TO SPELL IT FOR??? she rlly just casually exposing the fact that she’s gonna try looking him up as soon as she gets home

We need to do a deep dive on this cuz this is definitely not a coincidence atpppp

Like I got nothing to worry ab thank god (cuz if I did I trust me I wouldn’t be with him to begin with) my man is loyal asf but wtff is up with timojileecs and pulling ts ON THE JOB???

Cuz did anybody else also see the video of the Popeyes cashier getting clapped by another timojileec for saying his wife was “looking so good”

is there something in their culture that makes them think being overly flirtatious is a way of being hospitable??? Or do they think that the fact they’re on the job protects them from backlash??? which is ironic cuz if anything the fact ur working should make it worse… I’m so confused
