Why do some Africans carry their groceries/business on their heads?

Simply better.
it helps them carry more food but I think they only do it in africa.
It's makes it easy to carry loads across uneven terrain. They do it in Nepal and Indian as well sxb, not just Africa. Nepalese porters can neck/head carry like 45-50kg.
