Why do Somali politicians have attrocious fashion sense?

Many of them forget how fashion is part of diplomacy. How can they even proudly identify as diaspora and hold high post in the Somali government when they have horrible fashion sense? Why can't they employ a stylist? Image is vital in todays political arena.
