Which is it ladies, do you want to be treated as equals?
Female police, firefighters, and soldiers all have to meet physical fitness standards. Those standards are all below what the standards are for men. Why is that?
I tell you why Because women want to be treated differently when it benefits them. I'm not saying women can't be police officers, firefighters, or soldiers but you better be able to do the job as well as any man. If you can't you shouldn't be doing the job.
What good does it serve if a well trained man that fits the physical needs of a firefighter doesn't get the job because an equally smart, but unequally physical women gets the job instead?
What happens is you get a 100 pound women trying to drag a 250 man out of a burning building and failing and they BOTH DIE because of the the unrealistic needs of equality. Now if that 100 pound women can throw that 250 pound guy on her shoulders and carry him out, she should get the job and a metal.
But you equal rights feminists need to stop demanding equality when you what unequal standards to be applied. It makes men that honestly want women to be treated fairly turn away from your cause.
So which is it? Are women equal and violence against them is no different than violence against men, or do women need to be treated differently?
