Why Djibouti is not investing in Ethiopia and Somalia in agricultural projects

The only thing that Djibouti has is the blessing of strong Govt, safety and infrastructure. Once some Ajnabi who was heading to Somaliland said that the only difference between them is that the streets of Djibouti have lights and you can travel at night unlike Somaliland where you travel only during the day. Well put. Everything is expensive in Djibouti and the average wages are $200 monthly. You can't buy shit with $10
They work from 7am to 2pm bc its too hot.
The country does not have natural resources and its economy is based on services and hosting foreign bases but why at least the ruling Ciise tribe are ecnomicaly suffering? all ethnicities are less than 1 million and Djibouti is the size of the smallest Gobol in Somalia. Hiiraan is way bigger than Djibouti even 80% of its territory belongs to the Afars..

Djibout can be a good model for all Somali clans to have their own separate countres atleast that why its stable and see afar as the only threat but why supposedly 700k Ciisa the saize of a medium clan in Somalia still live in a poor conditions? If its lack of natural resources why not ivest in Hiraan and JL . Just North Baladweyne is enough to feed them. I knew some Djibouti officers who secretly sell our vegetables in Dibouti taking them in their weakly flight to Djibouti(Wednesday's)

Green map of the Cafar. I will give the capital to Ciisa😂

Puntites helped this scoundrel Ismail Omar Geele when Eritrea invaded them on the border to expand by sending livestock. Siyad Barre created their state in 77 @Somali Ugaas u shud know this fact. Infact ethio-eritrea especially meles were students of 'barre' and their nations are even barre legacy.

I suspect if PL kingdom(hobyo n majerteniya) didn't collapse, the south would remain in colony like Djibouti did, it's always 'darod' factor involved in their independence like was for Djibouti and Barre or SYL for South which would never of come if PL didn't find themselves among the 'colony'.

I would propose an end of this 'pan somalism' that has hurt us, we don't benefit. The scoundrel in Djibouti has worked hard to undermine us even HELPING the SNM thugs. He did also a similar crap in the 4.5 which he created in 'carta' djibouti. Insane Issa who don't even populate a 'town' in Somalia becuz 'zayla' is 'shared' has like 8 MPS. Fuckin insane

I want Puntites to end pan-somalism it has hurt us on every corner. From 1930-1991 to the total neglect of our territories we came and built another man land and got looted n killed for it in 91. We helped that scoundrel also in Djibouti. Maybe it's time we work with the 'anfar' who are the majority and get them to begin an uprising to end the 'minority rule' nonsense.

Majority rule, Minority rights is the world accepted standard which shud be the 'anfar' war cry to get international sympathy. PL/Eritrea should sit down to discuss a 'IOG' removal plan, and discuss the logistics needed and the routes such as 'sea, air, land' routes.

This was my strategy on the IOG removal plan that PL/Eritrea/Anfar should begin

Since externally it is hard to attack Djibouti due to International bases there, we must fuel instability by getting the majority anfar to rise up, we must host them in Eritrea and PL to teach them stop being 'cawaans' and to take over the leadership of Djibouti. We must find disgruntled anfars with good reputation n support among it's people and begin peaceful protest on ending the dictatorship, this will feed us our strategy where we know this IRIR cawaan will use violence to stop it and from that pre-text we begin 'supply' of weapons to anfar by working out 'in-land or marine' routes from PL/Eritrea coordinates.

We need to 'topple' the fat irir godfather from within not 'external' due to international bases there who will all uprise. But we must 'bait' him to respond 'violently' on 'peaceful' protests crying 'majority rule minority rights' to get sympathetic international partner support. But we know the fat mafia will respond with violence, so the anfar can use that as a pre-text to 'use' violence in return against the evil dictator refusing 'majority rules' systems.

@The Midlands why u think I have no confidence in 'irir', I see Djibouti performance when they rule bro, our ppl become insigificant, poor, totally irrelevant and susceptible to big countries swallowing them up. We see how irir always lose land and it's darod dying 4 it in ethiopia also.

I read about Djibouti's political history. There were two political trends at the time. A nationalist party calls for unity with Somalia led by Mohamud harbi and another pragmatic party calls for the independence of Djibouti led by Guuled who was mp in the france parliament. France was against Djibouti Joining Somalia using the Afars who voted for france to stay in the 60s. All djiboutians in diridawa were deported from Djibouti by France to increase the Afars. Another obstacle was Ethiopia who was using the Afars too totally against Dibouti joining Somalia. Its name was changed from french SL to Afar and Issa territories so Siyaad barre did not create them he just couldn't annex them bc of france and Ethiopia he only supported them for Djibouti to be led by the Somalis and then he would concede. They already had Guuleed but this made France to stop using the Afars and work with Issa Somalis. Siyaad barre impowered Ciise position to lead Djibouti forever.

Dr Osman stick to the topic and tell me why Ciisa of Djibouti are poor. Idont think Isaaq or Mj would have been poor if they had a country on their own.

. Let's give a generous number for Djbouti's 8 bases and 3 billion dollars every year from its strategic location. That's almost 4 billion dollars they collect. 4 billion, for a small country like that.
Where does all that money go? Into the pockets of the Millitary and IOG.

Corruption. All the money that should be going to develop Djibouti is going in the hands of a few individuals.
Now i understand. The money that was supposed to be invested in agricultural projects for example in the neighbouring counties or for the development of the country goes into the pockets of the ruling family/class. Thank you.
