@NordicSomali if their was a way around ribbah i would promote it, but Ribbah is the only cure to inflation, no ribbah means money devalues at 3% rate each year currency, somali ulama must accept ribbah is a necessary evil.

No bank can withstand 3% devalue, plus banking means loans, so ppl want money from it like any business. We cant stick to this charity model economics, they need poverty becuz poverty is their industry. Islam says u can eat pork if their no other option, ribbah should be classed as the same.

Ribbah waa lagu qasban yahay or somalis will die to poverty. Every cent printed in american dollar has come thru ribbah, so if u carry it or eat it, your still eating ribbah.

No country has developed thru aid-charity is enuff practical proof for ur eyes u cant name 1 nation, plus u know why, becuz of the theory i explained.

@Libaax-Joore for example we can create medical factories in our industrial park targetting all the various 'cudur' in africa and setting up exports to it. First the medical is baahi wayn in this disease ravaged continent plus it's a high price product. We can do this by bringing all baahida africa iyo baahidaa developed world and concentrate it into PL. The medical plant idea has been taken by Hamar now. Lebanon has an identical situation to us. They had a civil war in 1975 to 1990 over religious sects(christian, jew, sunni, shia), they settled their political issues under 4.5 system across sects. Their economy looks identical to us and they have a big diaspora like we do.

Their GDP was as low as $2 billion in 1990 and then exploded $17 billion from 1990-2000, in 10 years of the recovery years.

The only difference to Somalia is their strong 'banking'. This is proof to idiots who think Somalia can develop without Banks. The Diaspora isn't the problem, they want to invest and create industries in Somalia so their money is working not sitting idly in accounts losing to 5% inflation each year.

The problem is Somali govt not playin it's role in creating a banking architecture and it's necessary laws and interconnectivity with other foreign banks.

Livestock has strong foreign prices unlike farming. I think for 1 sheep to the gulf, the same in farming u would need TONNES of banana plus their less production costs.

Farming is important but it's not an industry to tap into beyond food security or stomach infrastructure. Govt should stop all investors in farming after food security is reached in the nation.

Gulf nations use to give money to them.

Foreign portion is tiny compared to their diaspora capital. We have an identical diaspora situation. We fled in the 90s, they fled in 75, they were rebuilding in the 90s to 2000s, their golden years as we went down into the hag years. Once our diaspora lead the way like lebanese did, the gulf will come and invest also. Our diaspora is the key tho, they must lead the way.

@NordicSomali charity-aid purpose is to keep ppl alive so they don't lose their 'industry', but it's not about curing it or else it loses their industry. The idea is keep them alive BUT in poverty not independence like u think, so their industry can thrive. Their industry requires ppl to be alive ONLY and in poverty continously. The greater the poverty the better as they can grow their industry. Thats sound theory plus their not 1 nation who has become 1st world thru charity is enough practical evidence to support the theory.
