We can say all we like about bantu, but at least they did not get themselves into a 27 year long civil war. They do not distract themselves with petty qabil warfare and all work together to mine their own resources in hope for a better future. When have people back home ever thought of mining gold or searching for it? how were the ancients able to accomplish such a feat with less technology than we have today?. Who knows what lies beneath our ground, we somalis need to set up our own private mining companies, if the government is not interested in the ppl's well being and prosperity.

I meant why can't we be more productive in terms of things that even simple manpower could handle without government help (the current government is useless) such as mining for gold or other minerals and funding our own privatised companies. I know we could do better it's just geeljires back home are stingy and the wealth abroad and at home don't want to invest in employment opportunities for able bodied you men .
