Which is ironic since all these odays always praise the young and telling them they are the future of the country

A lot of Somali women waa dhocilo since they had no childhood. Somalis are adults by the age of 9-10, so how does being too young apply to them?

No I was thinking 28-30 and upwards young guys who got the right credentials and experience
