Low iq ministers in Somalia like the so called minister of “climate” his on the other hand speaking broken English that reminds me of a toddler. The somali government doesn't run on a meritocratic system but rather through cronyism so the chances someone in a position is genuinely qualified isn't common. Therefore some of these ministers try to speak english to show they are "learned" to make up for their lack of qualifications.
Its funny to see these politicians sprinkle in english words or sayings in their speech when a somali word/saying would suffice.
