Why are blacks in America so violent?

Their entire history is based on violence. Their country was founded on violence. The 2nd amendment is right to bear arms.....

Because they are a broken community with the highest rate of children born out of wedlock in america. This leads to single motherhood becoming common, and as a result children who have no father figure tend to be unruly and it's not unusual for them to grow up to be criminals.
Coupled with the destructive policies of the american government such as pumping drugs into black neighbourhoods during the 80's. Just think, in 60 years they turned blacks from mostly conservative hard-working people into what they are now, and the media is still polluting the minds of black youths with music, tv shows and films that promote decadent life styles. Not to mention they largely live in neglected and poor areas.

Why are the latinos racing the blacks?
You will see a lot of parallels between the hispanics and the blacks in regards to their current state. The face the same problems, single motherhood, poor neighbourhoods, drug abuse, media which negatively influences their youth etc.
I think the only thing that kept hispanics below Blacks is that a large amount of hispanics immigrated relatively recently and came from places with more conservative societies. Also immigrants usually try to work hard as they took a big risk coming to america in the first place.
they developed a horrible culture and the popularity of rap music has, i fear, made it irreversible. you have rappers talking about how they deal coke and kill opps and all that but talk about how the police hate them because of their skin in the next song. a victimhood mindset and a culture like that breeds crime.
