North Africans in general don’t see Somalis different from any other Black person and that entire region is literally a hell-hole for all Black people (natives or not)
…but when it comes to Egypt, the crazy level of hatred they have specifically for East Africans and Sudanese is wild. They get physical and violent over there, don’t even get me started on if your a Black female (I remember hearing about a Somali women being tortured over there ). i’ve been to egypt and have never experienced this lol. visited my second cousins in alexandria who lived there for the past 20 years and they’ve never had any racist problems. they might treat south sudanese bad unfortunately but that doesn’t apply to somalis.

egyptians are possibly the least racist arabs. people from sudan eritrea somalia southern egypt are called "asmar" which means "brown". plus youre somali not from sudan so youll face much less discrimination.

All of them attest that they’re not racially discriminated against.

Yes, there is racism in Egypt but the majority of Somalis will never experience it. There are 100 million in Egypt, I doubt even 5% are prejudiced towards Somalis.

Same goes for most Arab nations.
