Generation X already handed us the SAHAL accord-PL/JL alliance. It's time puntites in generation Y who is warlord 'kids' locally and first generation western diaspora create their 'projects'. We only get 3 presidency per generation in PL before mellenials begin 'transitioning' into power.
No-one is listening to me but u will regret it when our presidential generation become 50-65 bracket and we have a bunch of first generation diaspora and warlord generation locally not working together and wasting our precious time in deadlocks, this is what happening to hawiye and sade, we must never become like them.

My first suggestion to Generation Y puntites. Let's create unified diaspora across arabia-west-africa and we create Puntland and Diaspora council and each bloc we select a representative to join generation Y puntite commitee. Each of our diaspora centers globally will have a 'vote' in steering our policies.
We will put to vote 'PIM' or a 'Loose federation'. We must honor the alliances handed down to us from previous generation like sahal accords-pl/jl political alliance. We will invite Absame to have a veto stake to ensure our policies don't ruin our political alliance. We will invite 'sade' as apart of 'sahal accords' to ensure our policies do not lead to a '4 month war' among darod like it did hawiye.
Sade will only participate as a 'sahal vote' to ensure our policies do not go down the same path-ways of previous generations where sade tries to use hag as lesser of two evils policy.

We share a political alliance with Absame so they are critical we nurture and grow that alliance for 99 years. We share a sahal accord to ensure blood-shed over politics isn't allowed among 'darod' this is security pact. Darod is security pact, Absame/Harti is political pact. Sade can hold onto any politics he wants but he can't violate sahal treaty or else his own clans-men in sahal will have to pull out support. I want generation Y to begin the 'economic reforms' needed to shift Puntland into a second world nation and create an urbanized economy while slowly shifting our rural activities to urban. I want the greater percentage to GDP to be urban rather then 80% rural and 20% urban, we need to also identify how to shift quickly to 'skilled economy' not a 'unskilled' urban economy or at the very least a 'mixed skilled/unskilled/ economy.
I want the rural attrition percentage rate to urban to happen within 15 years and time-lined, we must not create urban slums and transition to fast like hargeisa/burco who now sit in ghettos and jobless relying on ogaden camels, we must calculate what sort of percentage each year can be transitioned into urbanized jobs.
PL must continue it's rural activities untill such time the urban market has jobs, our camel herders can then sell their herds and switch it to a property in the city and get inside a job quickly, but if there is no job like hargeisa and burco, we must continue investing into rural infrastructure and keep them there at least their still doing a job, even though it's 3rd world job and unskilled but it's still bringing in hard revenue. My dad left nugaal as nomadic person into hamar and continued his studies and got a job as diplomat, you see now he has 3 properties in hamar and 2 in puntland, he has 'vacant land plots' in hamar also, he has 2 properties in the west valued at 3 million now. He has 20k share in 'garacad port' plus he still has his 'dhaxal xoolo' portion from my 'awoowe' which is 25 camels used as 'blood money protection' for 'bah dubays'. He get's an 'aged pension' from australia for his yearly living and he splits his time now retired spending in puntland to increase bah dubays human capital.
That's the sort of rural to urban economics u need in PL, we must not bring our camel herders into the city hadi aysan shaqo oolin siiba 'technical, factories, hospitality, customer service, etc. Wa inay joggan reer miyiga at least there he still has a job and being productive in puntland economy.

Deni/Madoobe want a 'hag caadoqaate' in return for strong pl/jl pm. We want to play the old game of 'kaagi ana kula leh madaxtoyada' and kaygi 'ana leh' raisal wasaare won't be up for election but consulted with pl/jl to ensure a strong puntite is in office. It's how we play politics, we order which 'hag becomes president' and ensure he is a 'nacas' and then we get to select our pm thru regional consultation and we will ensure his punjubi first PM.
There is no 'darod' contestants for president for this reason as this is the best political strategy to take. Plus since the president is darod it's good to put him up against a 'hag' so the HAGS vote for a 'HAG' not knowing what the 'agenda' behind it is which is to ensure 'sade' doesn't sneak into power ever again, because he has no 'state' looooooooooooool where-as the hag president will consult pl/jl as their regional states who should be PM.

I am from Bari nugaal and I say I have never seen anyone from my extensive family lift up the Puntland Flag in support for independence. I am for Somaliweyn and for the unification of somali lands.
