As everyone knows, the Amisom trusteeship called FGS uses a 4.5 formula. Isaaq, who do not even claim to be part of the Irir confederaration, are lumped in there with Irir. Even worse, FGS officials are fugutives in the North.

So lets punish my beloved Isaaq for their seperation. Give all Isaaq seats to Southern Irir, especially those thought to be marginalized. The Isaaq seats will be distributed by the Raxanweyn and Jabarti confederations. Those 2 "neutral" confederations will divide Isaaq seats between real Irir clans, half for Haawiye Irir and half for real Dir Irir.

Then the Amisom Republic stops saying it represents Isaaq and we can start real negotiations on reunification and make a new government, without underrepresenting any clan

@Gadhwayne nothing was divided in Somalia. Somalia borders are intact last time I checked. U r trying to negiotate from a point of separation when it doesn't exist. That is naflacari politics showing your weakness where u create a 'mythological' border that doesn't exist nowhere in the world and then u want me to 'reunify' with u when it was never divided in the first place.

Your status in Somalia should be revised as non participating region of Somalia not a 'separate nation' or 'self declared country' which reflects your real status. But the idea you are a nation that is separate and want to negiotate based on that will just make people 'laugh at u' as being a 'clown' come at us with something that is real not your myth

Imagine Majertens came to the table arguing for 'kingdom of majerteniya and hobyo sultanates' being our territory and we declare a 'kingdom'. I am calling for a confederation which is workable within a nation power structure lakin international borders are just not going to be touched and nations borders as they exist today has to be honored by all countries.

Can they work with different regions in a 'confederal' arrangement yes they can since that is an internal structure of your country, it doesn't violate the border principle. PL or any region can still technically be Somalia internationally while domestically operating like a nation state. Kurdistan is a great example of this or 'switzerland' where they operate with nation state functions while being apart of switzerland 'territorially'

We need 'assymetric' federalism which is based on the reality.

The federalism in Iraq includes only one region Kurdistan. The capital city of Baghdad and other governorates do not follow federalism; they adopted an administrative decentralization system called Governorates that are not organized in a region.

U see this in GM/HS/SW who are not 'federal member states' whatsoever but operate similar to 'governorate' that is dictated by the federal govt. So why are they called Federal states? it's an attack on federalism which is understood that regions should 'model' itself of PL like JL has which now fits the definition of a 'federal state' where they have their own constitution, army, police, and select their own leader following their own system.

The involvement of the SFG in JL is limited greatly so this means they are a full federal power. I would remove GM/HS/SW and tell them the truth, u cannot claim to be a federal state yet operate like 'governor' from Mogadishu. Decide what u want and stick to it, we shouldn't abuse the 'federal' system and include states that function like banadir governor lol. There is no difference between banadir and gm/hs/sw and the govt should declare these areas as 'not regional govts' but 'governorate' of the SFG. PL/JL/SL are the only ones that perform like real regional powers, the rest is a joke of the spirit of federalism. They say we don't what type of federalism we want, no u were told waryaa to copy PL type of federalism, stop giving me that abgaal dopey face of doing a huge dhuuso full of ambuulo look. Yes u got heaps of PM and President spot but u won't be remembered for nothing like Abdillahi Yusuf, u will inherit the same legacy of sharif/hassan sheikh of 'nothing looks different' except 'time wasted'. Siyad was the only leader u had that left something that all clans inherited, but Farmajo is no different to hsm/sharif who wasted 4 years of our time. Do u think anyone remembers saacid or yuulka? farmajo will be the same.
