Look at the data, these people are actually insane but the reason why they can be is that they will get a massively reduced sentence or non at all when the white judge locks eyes with them.

Meanwhile be Black, and possess a little weed and you will be locked away for eternity. The largest number of falsely accused sitting in jail are also Black so you don't even need to commit a crime saxiib.

America's justice system is very unfair towards AA's but they are also going right to the mouse trap which is fairly easy to avoid.
