• Somalia’s worst asset is its people: illiterate, tribal, stubborn, unrefined—and worst of all, violent
• Somalia will be unstable for a long time—just look at the millions of jobless young men who grew up in an environment where violence was normal
• Natural resources will only feed corrupt elites; if they are ever even dug up
• Somalia is still very dangerous
• The diaspora is not going back
• Somali culture and society cannot support a 21st century state

Fallacious complex questions can be used to artificially restrict what answers can be given to ones that favor the position of the one asking the question. So in this setting, the blue and red pills are a part of this fallacy. There are no blue and red pill in reality.

I personally see the world in both black and white depending on who I come across that day.

However it ain't as dreary as I made it out to be in my last post. Humans are surprisingly adaptive and we might not be able to recognize the next generation of Somalis.

For the worse or better; I stopped caring a while back. I'm only focused on the folks in my life.

As long as that future doesn't affect my interests or development in general, it's a great future to look forward to.
