I'm not saying everyone lives dirt poor, because truth be told there are people who live comfortably over there but most aren't that fortunate.Naive? Plus it hasn't been stated how rich so I'm just talking hypothetically with no upper limit I can literally invest into the community raising the living standards possibly eliminating the issue at least with in my area.
