He got bail the first time but did the race when they upgraded his charges. They caught him in LA, extradited him back here and gonna sit in jail until trial cuz of that.

If you're POC in Canada, Crown prosecutors will lessen the charge to manslaughter or second degree murder alot of the time due to your personal upbringing and your childhood trauma. Or they send you to a healing lodge instead of prison.
