The PM left 6th Feb to go on vacation but it is being reported by Jamac Galad, his cousin, that the PM extended his vacation due to a brewing conflict between him and the president HSM after the PM suggested that they postpone the controversial constitutional amendment to unite the country against Ethiopia.
HSM initially agreed but immediately afterwards told his operatives to continue with the changes. @SPMLegend your first PM is a marxuum but he can still be resurrected if he lands in Garowe.

It seems the PM Hamse Abdi Barre is back in Mogadishu. If Jama Galad is right, then Hassan Gurguurte's abrupt visit to Kismayu to meet with Ahmed Madobe does lend credence to the rumor.
