Where is the Judicial branch in Somalia?

The problem with chaos is that corruption and thievery becomes entrenched. Hence judicial systems are discouraged in a kleptocracy like ours.

The problem with chaos is that corruption and thievery becomes entrenched. Hence judicial systems are discouraged in a kleptocracy like ours.

Main reason why there's no constitutional court (CC) to resolve political issues. The recent example were everyone was arguing around legality of term extension of Farmaajo. If the CC was established it would resolved the issues but also how power should be divided and managed between feds and states.

However you have to remember, if you want to establish CC you need the upper house; the senate, which is controlled by the opposition. So I doubt the constitutional court won't be established anytime soon.

Brother you are absolutely right. A functioning judicial system could do much for the country. Wlhi, at time of burburka clan elders were absolutely critical in governance. They were who we went to because we no longer had a government to turn to

Boqolki boqol They should be commended for all their efforts, laakin they really do need to be depoliticized.
