Al shabaab may get stronger or be mostly wipe out. We will have military strongmen and clan elders from the big clans calling the shots for weak federal and state governments.
Also somaliland will reach a deal to rejoin as a mostly independent autonomous region but will eventuallty become just another federal state.

Somalia in 10 years will be where it was the last 10 years not an inch of progress and always worrying about devolving to 91 conditions all because they don't want to resolve their issues like men and prefer being little women with cuqdud and thinking they can sneak in their clan interest or.looting interest into the state and a civilian population who is ignorant and paying taxes or losing aid money in their name and letting these stooge elites produce no benefit for them and only losses while also clan cheerleading for those harming their well being.

Just my thoughts:
1. Al-Shabaab gone and any other militias dealt with.
2. SL joins back and new federal states are made in the North.
3. Somalia takes up loans and does mass infrastructure projects in major cities/towns
4. Somalia becomes western aligned against other Chinese debt states like Ethiopia and Kenya.
