Both Somali men & Women have suffered from importing Asian food and we are losing our collective looks and health. We need to return to being lean and healthy.

This is good; a lot of dudes would be a lot happier if they just ate right and exercised a bit.

East African populations (Nilotes & Cushites) are already lean and statuesque, so there's really no excuse allowing yourself to be fat or unhealthy.

Skinny fat is also off putting and I've seen more examples of this.
